Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 15th April 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and purchase of products from Axonergy (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. About Us

Axonergy is a UK-based supplement brand. You can contact us at info@axonergy.com.

2. These Terms Apply

By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before ordering. If you do not accept these terms, you should not order products from us.

3. Our Products

Our products are food supplements, not medicines. They are intended to supplement the diet and should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. For full medical disclaimer information, please see our Medical Disclaimer page.

4. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase our products. We will send you an email acknowledgement confirming receipt of your order. A binding contract is formed when we dispatch your order.

We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.

Payment must be made at the time of ordering via the payment methods available on our website.

6. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy. Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you when we deliver the products to your specified delivery address.

7. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your products. This is known as the “cooling-off period”.

To cancel, you must inform us in writing (email is sufficient) within the 14-day period. You then have a further 14 days to return the products to us.

Exceptions to the right to cancel: You cannot cancel orders for sealed products that have been unsealed for health or hygiene reasons (including opened supplement bottles). This does not affect your rights for faulty products.

8. Returns and Refunds

For full details on returns, refunds, and faulty products, please see our Shipping & Returns Policy.

9. Faulty Products

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, our products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If a product does not meet these standards, you have legal rights including:

  • Within 30 days: Right to reject and claim a full refund

  • Within 6 months: Right to request a repair, replacement, or refund (with the burden on us to prove the product was not faulty)

Please contact us immediately if you believe a product is faulty.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Any liability which cannot be excluded under UK law

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, or for failure to perform our obligations where such failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

11. Your Personal Data

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you consent to such processing.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version applicable to your order is the version in force at the time you place your order.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Contact Us
